So I discovered juicing over the summer and have fell in love with it! It tastes so yummy and I know I wouldn’t be able to get down all those vegetables & fruits in a day without juicing them. However, that doesn’t mean that juicing replacing vegetables & fruits though; it’s important to eat them too.
Today I made a beet, carrot, and apple juice.
